Orders are shipped from either Japan or Germany, depending on stock availability and the destination country.

Depending on your order and country, you may be responsible for paying local taxes and duties upon receiving your order. upcoming.studio cannot accept liability for these fees. If payment of such fees is refused, the order will be fully canceled. Any transportation and custom clearance costs associated with the cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Please note that your order will always be fulfilled from the country (Germany or Japan) that is closest to you and has available stock for your order.
